Baked Brie with Tequila Sunset Jelly

Place a small round of inexpensive brie on a square of tin foil that will be large enough to loosely cover the brie (or use your brie baker). Cut the cheese in half horizontally.  Top the bottom half with 3 tbsp. of Tequila Sunset Jelly.  Replace top half of cheese and top with the same amount of Jelly. If you want to get really fancy, sprinkle with 6 or 7 walnut halves.  Fold the tin foil loosely around the brie to cover it.

Bake at 350° for 10 minutes, until the cheese is slightly warm and beginning to soften.  Remove from foil and serve immediately with crackers or crostini.
